Is it ok to use the Retinol Eye Creme with the Brightening Saffron Serum?

The Brightening Saffron Serum can be used daily and acts as a hydrator pre-retinol application and lessens adverse reactions to the retinol in your routine. The Brightening Saffron Serum should be applied before retinol, so it does not interfere with the existing pH levels of the retinol for optimal efficacy. 

Is it ok to use the Retinol Eye Creme while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

The Brightening Retinol Eye Creme is not suitable for use while pregnant or breastfeeding. 

What is the best way to apply an eye cream?

Start with a cleansed and prepped face. Take a pea-sized amount of eye cream onto your ring finger. It's important to use your ring finger as it applies the least amount of pressure, which is ideal for the delicate eye area.

Warm the product: Gently rub the eye cream between your ring fingers to warm it up. This helps to ensure better absorption and smoother application.

Lightly tap the eye cream under the eyes, working outward and upward to the brow. Avoid applying the product too close to the eyelids or directly into the eyes.

Instead of rubbing or pulling, use a gentle tapping motion to apply the eye cream. This helps to prevent unnecessary tugging on the skin and minimizes the risk of causing irritation.

Pat until absorbed: Continue tapping the eye cream into the skin until it is fully absorbed. Be patient and give the product enough time to penetrate the skin before applying face cream/nighttime treatments.

Can I Use This If I Have Sensitive Skin?

Our formula has been approved for use in people with sensitive skin by an independent third-party lab. We used micro-encapsulated retinol along with Ayurvedic powerhouses Bakuchi seed and saffron to create a gentle yet effective formula. Please always start using any retinol product gently, starting 1-2x / week and increasing slowly. Follow with sunscreen during the day.

We do not use synthetic fragrances. The beautiful scents of our products derive solely from their natural ingredients to deliver a luxurious sensory experience with every application.

How To Use

Application

Gently pat half a pump of the Brightening Retinol Eye Crème on cleansed skin around your eyes using your ring finger. If you are new to retinol or sensitive to it, you can apply the eye cream after your soothing Brightening Saffron Serum. Otherwise, we recommend applying it directly for the best results as part of your PM ritual.

Step 1

Lotus Cleansing Balm

To cleanse, purify and prepare the skin

APPLICATION:

Apply a even layer onto dry skin with dry hands and massage onto face and neck in circular motion. Add water to transform to milky lather and continue.  Rinse clean. 

Step 2

Brightening Saffron Serum

To brighten, fade the look of dark spots & deliver glow

APPLICATION:

Massage 2-3 drops onto cleansed face, neck, and décolleté while skin is still damp. Use as part of your morning and evening skincare ritual. Clinically tested to reduce the appearance of dark spots, fade the appearance of fine lines and increase skin radiance.

Step 3

Brightening Retinol Eye Crème

To brighten & reduce the appearance of fine lines

APPLICATION:

Apply one small pump with ring finger gently tapping and never tugging at the skin.  Use in your PM ritual directly on cleansed skin or after the Brightening Saffron Serum if you are new to or sensitive to retinol. Follow with Renewing Bakuchi Creme.

"I love this eye cream and feel like of all the eye creams I’ve tried, this is effective and makes an actual difference with consistent use. However, when I had 1/3rd of product left, the pump no longer worked and I had to use a spatula to use the cream (which is fine but I just wish the cream came with a spatula). I’m on my second bottle now and it’s a little frustrating to have to scoop out the cream through a small opening. Would highly recommend otherwise"
